In the natural world, the spiral is everywhere. It’s in the way galaxies form, in the shells of sea creatures, in the unfurling of a fern, in the design of emotions, muscles, tissues and even in the double helix of our DNA. The spiral is a fundamental pattern of life.

Wholistic begins with “Whole,” emphasizing that our approach considers the entire being, body, mind, spirit, and environment, as an interconnected system. Our approach is to restore coherence across the whole.

I tune into your vibrational field and breath, sensing emotional patterns, energetic blocks, and spiritual guidance. You are an active participant in the process and during the session.
